Neat Trick

Another bartending skill i learned from hot qipao chick:

1. When mixing a cocktail, make your concoction in a glass like you normally would.

2. Instead of stirring gingerly/wimpily lest it spill, empty the contents in a shaker, and simply pour right back.

3. Voilà! Perfectly blended! So efficient! And you look cool doing it, too!
