Spicy Pork Stir Fry

RJ finds this recipe in the April issue of Bon Appetit that looks pretty Authentic Chinese to me, with Shaoxing wine to boot.

The fried up chili peppers made us sneeze like maniacs for minutes.

RJ whipped this up with the pork that he ground himself. Yum!
