Eatz 3

Hawaiian garlic shrimp. Oh so garlicky! And i have a weak spot for their macaroni salad which i prefer to its Mainland counterpart. I find some tiny pink morsels mixed in this particular version which i cannot identify. I just know they make it even yummier!

Good heat but insignificant in my book.

Shrimp and chive dumplings. First time abiding the "three-cup method" whereby you cook 'em covered, and as soon as the water returns to a boil, you add a cup of cold water. Repeat three times. The resulting texture is quite sensual, and no breakage (as opposed to just letting them boil until they float and plump up). Eat them up with what i call the holy trinity sauce: soy, vinegar and sesame oil. Look at these babies! They're like pillowy clouds, the stuff that dreams are made of.
