Irish Lunch

Guinness beef stew

Pulled pork and apple bap with gravy. I went in without knowing there was apple. Had i known i would've expected to dislike it since i generally don't care for cooked fruit. But, boy, this was so moist and tender and flavorful, everything was complementary. And before this day i didn't even know what a bap was!
