Masala Noodles 2

This is the reason I have been loyal to this one Indian buffet and keep going back for more. Don't get me wrong, i enjoy the other dishes too, but this is the star. I always have seconds. Very different than Sukhi's version, but it's like apples and oranges. Love both. I don't know what they put in this that's gotten me so hooked. Maybe it's umami. Maybe it's coke.
