Literally "shrimp big rounds", one of my favorite snacks."Bi", the alphabet above the shrimp head is one of the two Japanese letters i recognize because to me it's shaped like a "v". Egoistic affinity aside, in more than one language that i know, the "b" sound and "v" sound are similar or even interchangeable.
Yes, it's the same "bi" in "wasabi".
The other letter is "no", and the reason behind it is blackheads. Another story, another time.
