I swear RJ makes the creamiest, flavorfulest, bestest mashed potatoes! This version especially is unbeatable. He's ruined me for restaurant varieties.
Smothered, i'd say.
He just reads a number of recipes at a time, mentally consolidates, whips it up and makes it look easy. It's delish every time! Hats off to the chef indeed.
