Asian Slaw with Miso Vinaigrette

A recipe in the February issue of Bon Appetit caught my eye. I made some modifications to suit my taste.


I think the only think Asian about this is the miso, and the only thing slaw about it is the cabbage.

But tasted pretty good! Plus my tub of miso had just been sitting in the fridge. Put that to good use!
