Spring Rolls

Depending on cuisine and venue, spring rolls and egg rolls can swap. When in doubt, ask. I always do when there is no description in the menu. It's a sad case of flawed translation.

Is labeling really necessary?

One of my favorite Vietnamese appetizers. I'll have my jalapeño and eat it too. And so ridiculously cheap! I love my Vietnamese immigrants.
