An electric grill.Because the stovetop grill would've been great if not for uneven heat distribution due to lack of uniformity in coil size.
Because the cast iron grill is a bitch to clean.
Because grilling is the American dream that i hope to realize over and over, preferrably in the privacy of my own home lest the neighbor spot a drunken fool less the "Kiss the Chef" apron. Oooh. Maybe that should be on my list.
