Fresh salsa looks and tastes so different than the jar type! It... tastes... fresh! (Duh) I love chunky!I made an error in choosing "medium". Should've known i can well handle hot! Still tasty...
I may never go back to the jars! OK, that may be going too far. The jar type keeps longer. Oh, i guess that's what preservatives do.
