Soy Craze

Haunted by Elsie's yummy roast chicken, i had to make my own.

But i selected a baby (1.97 lb.) as there was just me here. : )

Stole some chicken hearts from Alley and cooked with soy and rice wine with sliced ginger. Mmm mmm.
