Chicken Soup For the Soul (Close)

I was delirious to have naruto kamaboko (named for the tidal waves near Naruto, Japan) at my disposal, once deemed unattainable outside of ready-in-3-minutes Nong Shim in a bowl. And i looked. For years I never found it at the store because I didn't expect it to come in a log, not sliced, the only form i'd seen it in. Then one day i lamented to Denisse, and she simply pointed it out to me. Duh. Mystery solved!

Gotta hand it to Denisse, who's been living in the States since age 5, who often knows more Asian stuff than i the later-stage immigrant.
