My friend, not the dessert wine.

Fried eggs always look good on burgers if you ask me.

Spicy prawn tempura rolls on drizzled Sriracha. So NOT authentic, even the texture of rice was nowhere near passable as sushi rice. However, the crunch and the TASTE! Mmm... The big gobs of wasabi were a turn-on, i won't lie. Plus, it is true: Sriracha goes good with everything!

Thai basil chicken, one of my faves. This time i followed a recipe from a trusted source, unlike when i winged it.

No doubt, when i use fish sauce that comes in a bottle labeled "Thai", it doesn't get any more authentic than that!

Another first!

The renowned Greek roe spread.

It took some courage. Even though i like tobiko (flying fish roe) on sushi, i find ikura (salmon roe) somewhat repulsive. It was iffy.

I'm happy to report: I like it!
