About Town 5

This looks muzzled.

Treats for Alley

The fine print claims these taste like porterhouse. I think maybe someone is using porterhouse and T-bone interchangeably.

Omelette with Parmesan Mushroom Sausage

with crimini, basil and spinach. I like my greens chunky!

and shallot.

Lucky Number

In Cantonese, this number suggests life, wealth, and wish come true. Well, one out of three ain't bad. Such portent is ironic for a parking ticket. Even more ironically, while my vehicle was being written up for violation at Evelyn Plaza, i was on my way to meet with my Aunt Evelyn. You can't make this stuff up!

Sightings

After it rains, the ropes on the swing will become twisted in tension and will remain so until tampered with.

Whimsy

Blood(y) orange

What's a squirrel's tail doing on Alley??

An American pencil in Taiwan. OK, it's a Taiwanese restaurant. I don't think they serve Bud there.

A River Runs Through It

Cold-Eeze, Delsym (grape-flavored), Cēpacol (never noticed that the "e" was with Macron before), Fenesin PE IR, and GoodSense premium saline nasal moisturizing spray. That ought to do it.

Airborne was on my list too but the pharmacy i went to didn't carry it. It's probably too late for me anyway.

Walked out with a bulging bagful (the pharmacist had to strategically place the items in the recyclable, reusable bag. I'm sure it was overwhelming at 9:35 a.m.) with $63.45 less (deferred). I was their first customer too.

I'm drug-happy. And i'm happy to be living in drug-happy America.
