Beef braciola
Capellini with scallops, rock shrimp and grilled prawns in spicy tomato cream sauce and sun-dried tomato pesto. As told to Denisse, i could have any noodle with this sauce, meatless. It is that good. Course i could never turn down seafood.
After having studied menus studiously (ha, ha) as of late, i've come to marvel at the distinction between "and" and "with" when it comes to describing a dish. Subtle difference, but the difference is there. Oh, the beauty of language!
