Venison medallions in huckleberry syrah sauce with porcini dust and mashed yams

Chard and butternut squash sauté

Oysters on the half shell with pear and horseradish verjus mignonette not pictured.

Caramel hazelnut ice-cream. A bit phallic if you ask me.
