All my favorite ingredients are in this omelette. The colors are mesmerizing. It's my Italian take.
It's frigging perfect!!!I have not been able to achieve the classic crescent effect before. This brings a tear to my eye. :-)
I was gonna save half, but guess what, I ate it all. And proud of it.
