The one notion that got me hooked on this recipe is that, during the process, the prawn starts "hugging" the pineapple chunk. Sweeeeet!!!...I had a piece that was so perfectly fused, it was like a welding job well done. It was almost like... love!
Woulda made an excellent demo photo, but by then i was busy eating.
One can never have too many shots of prawns...
