Mirugai (geoduck clam), one of my favorite sashimi varieties, costs $60.99 per pound. My eyes popped and totally did a double take on the label. Wha? You serious?? Luckily this lil fellow weighs under 2 oz., rendering itself affordable for a Plain Jane like me. Talk about
phallic, huh? I imagine the bivalve mollusk turning to me, frowning, "Hey... Who you callin' 'lil'?"
